Anddddd I'm back! I am really excited to share this amazing dip with you. I don't know about you, but I am a big fan of eating healthy snacks throughout the day. You know that feeling when 11am or 3pm rolls around and literally you could eat your foot you are do hungry? Yup, I do. It happens every day. I try to pack healthy snacks like fruits, veggies and nuts to tide me over in between meals. Veggies by themselves are a tad boring. By mixing Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce and a bit of blue cheese you have the taste of buffalo dip that is guilt free!
Before I babble on any further can I tell you about my new kitchen????? <Sigh...>I am obsessed. Our new range is legit life changing. Not only is there a double oven, there is a grill and griddle ON THE STOVE. Does it get any better?
1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons hot sauce ( Frank's Red Hot) or more if you like it SPICY!
2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
1 tsp of chopped celery
1 tsp chopped scallions
1. In a food processor ( or mixing bowl) blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Serve with crackers,veggies, or on sandwiches.
