Skinny Buffalo Dip

Anddddd I'm back! I am really excited to share this amazing dip with you. I don't know about you, but I am a big fan of eating healthy snacks throughout the day. You know that feeling when 11am or 3pm rolls around and literally you could eat your foot you are do hungry? Yup, I do. It happens every day. I try to pack healthy snacks like fruits, veggies and nuts to tide me over in between meals. Veggies by themselves are a tad boring. By mixing Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce and a bit of blue cheese you have the taste of buffalo dip that is guilt free!

Moving Day!

Hooray! Moving day is finally here! My husband and I moved everything into our new house this weekend so the weeks of packing and now unpacking are behind us.

Do you know what that means?????

More awesome recipes coming to you this week! I can't wait to show you all pictures of our new house and especially my new kitchen! I'm talking about a range with a grill, and griddle! Im talking about a range with double ovens! Ahh.... pure bliss.

Give me a chance to actually go grocery shopping for the first time in two weeks and I will come at you with some awesome recipes.

Thank you so much for your patience! Some times, life gets in the way of blogging. :/

Any good new home tips you have? Send them my way! I need it!

No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Doggie Treats

I found another great doggie treat recipe this weekend! I love making my pug Meatball homemade dog treats whenever I can. By doing this I can control the ingredients, where it is made and how healthy it is. In these treats I combined peanut butter ( one of Meatball's favorite treats) with other delicious ingredients like oatmeal and coconut oil.Coconut oil makes your dog's coat super shiny and you should just consider it dog crack because the minute I take out the jar Meatball goes nuts.

Me & My Fit-Bit

Me & My Fitbit Post Workout!
( Gosh I am pale)

So my life is insane right now as you all know. I am surrounded by cardboard boxes and most of my cooking stuff is all boxed up and bound for our new house. This obviously is awesome, but I am limited in what I can cook. Plus, I have none of my food blogger props for photos. This makes me sad. What have I been concentrating on now that I can't really cook? My fitness!

Sweet Potato & Grilled Corn Salad

I am so excited to tell you about my new favorite salad! No, there is no lettuce involved. I randomly came up with the idea because I had some sweet potatoes and corn on hand and I figured,Why not? Both of these ingredients are sweet ( obviously both of their names start with sweet) so I paired it with roasted jalapeno and tart lime to balance out the flavor.

Zucchini & Feta Quinoa Salad

Alright Folks! I am back in action! Things have been so insane with getting our house ready to move into, not to mention my husband had leg surgery! Sheesh, I was running around like a crazy person!I don't know about you, but with working and running around buying paint, curtains and furniture I barely had time to cook a good meal. Just because you aren't home does that mean you settle for fast food? Heck no! It means you cook something super easy that is healthy & yummy!( I know, a girl can dream!)

My Life As of Late

I think this collage says it all! Buying a house is no joke people! I have been up to my ears in paint samples, fabric, lights and furniture. This is no easy task!

There is NO WAY I could ever be an interior designer. Moving from a condo to a four bedroom is super exciting, but man am I stressed out! With all of this stress I haven't had time to blog this week. Will you guys forgive me if I concentrate on my new house this week and come back next week with some awesome recipes?? I am going to take your silence as a ," Yes Leanne! Take care of your house. We know you aren't cooking anyway." So Thanks! :)

That being said, anyone have any good moving, design or new home tips? My husband and I could use them!
