Make Your Own(Healthy) Ranch Dressing & A Giveaway!!

Ranch lovers rejoice!!! I have discovered a fast and easy way to make ranch dressing and I swear to you- you will never buy bottled full fat ranch dressing again!Hooray! Secondly I was asked to try out an amazing salad spinner from OXO and they gave me an extra one to giveaway to one of my readers. Hooray #2!!

First, let's look at some highlights of what I ate this week for WIAW.
Breakfast( or dessert?): Chobani vanilla greek yogurt with chocolate chunks. It only has like 100 calories and it tastes like dessert. I am in.

Lunch: Chicken Pad Thai my favorite! I could literally eat this every week.

Dinner: Home made pasta at Zooma. I love walking into a restaurant and having fresh pasta in the windows greet me.

Drinks: Espresso martini with a flaming chocolate cup. Come on. You know you wanted it.

Now, let's talk about this GIVEAWAY!!OXO asked a few of us bloggers to check out some of their products that will keep us healthy. Salad is pretty much as healthy as it comes (hold the cheese, croutons, dressing that we all love etc.) So if you have made it a point to eat healthier, win this salad spinner and you will be on your way!It was pretty amazing.

Now,on to this amazing ranch dressing. You may be skeptical of this. I was. Put your bad thoughts aside and try this today! All you need is Greek yogurt, milk, and spices. That was easy. I already had all that in my fridge.

Healthy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of buttermilk ( I used almond milk)1/2 teaspoon dried chives1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt & pepper

Directions:
Literally dump all ingredients in a bowl and wisk together. Start with 1/4 cup of milk and check consistency and if you like thick dressing leave it as is. If you like thinner dressing add more milk in small batches.

Keep in a sealed jar ( I used a mason jar) and refrigerate for one hour. When you are ready, pour and serve!
